Please note that you can only upgrade with a Retail license. You cannot upgrade with an OEM license.

For Windows 10

1. Selecione Começar > Configurações > Update & Security > Ativação.
2. Under “Upgrade your edition of Windows,” choose “Change product key.”
3. Enter your Windows 10 Pro product key.
4. Select “Próximo” to start the upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.

For Windows 11

1. Selecione Começar > Configurações > Sistema > Ativação.
2. Choose “Change product key” and then enter your Windows 11 Pro product key.
3. Select “Próximo” to start the upgrade to Windows 11 Pro.
